Melinda Adams, CNM is a certified nurse midwife providing individualized women’s healthcare with a focus on education, support, and evidence-based clinical care.
Melinda Adams began her nursing career in 2007 after earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tampa. She worked as a labor and delivery nurse at Tampa General Hospital for 12 years, gaining extensive experience in maternal and newborn care.
She completed her Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2019, advancing her role into certified nurse midwifery and expanding her clinical expertise in women’s health.
Melinda Adams works closely with women across different stages of care, providing individualized support, labor and delivery assistance, and ongoing reproductive health guidance. She is committed to patient education and informed decision-making.
She actively supports women’s health education, helping patients understand their options and make informed choices that positively impact long-term health outcomes.
Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, biking, walking, and participating in outdoor activities.
